After you sent an order to HuiHuang company .A project engineer will be assigned to follow your order right through the design to sampling and tool shipment. The sales will act as your representative to make sure the technical and quality standard are fully implemented, and do not worry they are not ony speak and understand English very well but also can understand technical things well.

The weekly progress report and online tracking project management ensure the process is running on schedule to avoid rushing in last minute.Following final design approval and tool manufacture, samples are submitted with a fully detailed inspection report and setting parameter.

High quality mold starts with a high quality design. Our design team consists of 60 skilled designers and management staff with 20 years experience in mold&die design. Equipped with the most updated hardware and software, we have the capabilities to ensure your great design ideas be transformed into perfect products.

We adopt international standards such as DME, HASCO, RABOURDIN, DAIDO or customized standard required by customer, so the mold can work perfectly in the country or region as planned. After customer provides the drawings in DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP etc. format, our elite designers can turn the product drawing into mold design and CNC machinning with professional CAD/CAM/CAE software to secure the most precise and efficient tooling.

In order to help our internal people fully understand the project in details, the project evaluation meeting of each mold shall be held among our project engineer, designer, tooling worker and technical director during the period of product analysis, mold parts list and mold assembly evaluation. Therefore, each mold or die designed by us can run efficiently with maintenance cost held to a minimum.
